How many guests can GH on the Park accommodate?
Capacity varies by floor and configuration. Individual floors accommodate between 20 and 165 guests. When the three Mansion Floors (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) are combined, the venue holds up to 300 guests. The full building can be rented for larger, multi-floor experiences.

How do guests get to GH on the Park?
The venue is accessible via multiple subway lines. The closest stations are 42nd St–Bryant Park (B, D, F, M lines) and Times Sq–42nd St (N, Q, R, W lines). Penn Station (A, C, E lines) and Grand Central Station (4, 5, 6 lines) are also nearby. Metered street parking is available starting at 6 PM and several parking garages are located in the area. Valet options are also available.

What is the difference between the Mansion Floors and the Loft Floors?
GH on the Park has two distinct floor categories. The Mansion Floors — the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors — feature historic architecture, ornate detailing, a grand staircase, and elegant spaces including a ballroom, library, lounge, and parlor. The Loft Floors — the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors — offer open layouts, a modern clean aesthetic, and Bryant Park views, ideal for corporate summits, brand activations, breakout sessions, and intimate celebrations.
Can I rent just one floor or do I need the entire building?
All floors can be rented individually or combined. You can book a single floor for an intimate gathering or combine multiple floors to create a fully immersive, multi-level experience tailored to your event.
What is the capacity of each floor?
The 1st Floor holds up to 140 guests. The Parlor on the 1st Floor holds 75–100 guests. The 2nd and 3rd Floors each hold up to 130 guests. Combined, the 1st through 3rd Floors hold up to 300 guests. The 8th and 9th Floors each hold up to 100 guests. The 10th Floor holds up to 165 guests. The 10th Floor Mezzanine holds 10–30 guests and is only available with a 10th floor rental. The 11th Floor holds 20–40 guests and is configured for meetings and conference rooms.
What is The Parlor?
The Parlor is a semi-private space within the 1st Floor, ideal for gatherings of 75–100 guests. It features lounge seating, a bar area, and a curated atmosphere perfect for cocktail receptions and pre-event celebrations.
What is the 10th Floor Mezzanine?
The 10th Floor Mezzanine is an intimate add-on space accommodating 10–30 guests. It can only be rented in conjunction with the 10th floor and is ideal for VIP areas, breakout moments, or private receptions within a larger event.
What is included in every venue rental?
Every rental includes a diverse inventory of tables (4ft, 6ft, 8ft, and 60" rounds), high tops, bar stools, bars, a large selection of cotton linens, select lounge furniture, event staff for coat check, security, and event management.
What AV equipment is available at GH on the Park?
AV packages include staging platforms, podiums, 75-inch monitors, stage furniture, custom color-changing ceiling lights, wireless uplights, and custom GOBOs. A screen and projector are available on the second floor. State-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting capabilities are available across all floors.
What beverage packages does GH on the Park offer?
GH on the Park offers a range of beverage packages including all-day non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and bubbly, premium open bar, elite open bar, and kosher options.
