GH on the Park is a luxury historic mansion event venue located at 54 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018, overlooking Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. GH on the Park is part of the GH Venues collection, which also includes Glasshouse Chelsea and The Glasshouse. The venue features 7 fully rentable floors totaling over 37,000 square feet of event space, with a combined capacity of up to 300 guests. Overview

GH on the Park features two distinct floor categories: the Mansion Floors on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, and the Loft Floors on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. All floors can be rented individually or combined to create a fully immersive, multi-level experience. The venue is ideal for corporate meetings, conferences, executive summits, product launches, brand activations, weddings, wedding receptions, social celebrations, holiday parties, milestone events, non-profit galas, and breakout sessions.

Mansion Floors

The Mansion Floors occupy the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the building. They feature historic architecture, ornate detailing, a grand staircase, and elegant event spaces. When combined, the three Mansion Floors accommodate up to 300 guests across 11,730 square feet.

First Floor — 3,056 square feet. Accommodates up to 140 guests. Features a library, lounge, reception area, and pre-function spaces. The Parlor is a semi-private space within the 1st Floor accommodating 75 to 100 guests, featuring lounge seating and a bar area, ideal for cocktail receptions and pre-event celebrations. The guest experience begins on the 1st Floor with branding moments and influencer opportunities throughout the library, lounge, and pre-function spaces.

Second Floor — 4,257 square feet. Accommodates up to 130 guests. Features a grand ballroom, bar, kitchen, and pre-function space. A screen and projector are available exclusively on the 2nd Floor. The experience continues as guests ascend the grand staircase from the 1st Floor.

Third Floor — 4,417 square feet. Accommodates up to 130 guests. Features a presentation room, club room, green room, and pre-function space.

Loft Floors

The Loft Floors occupy the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of the building. They feature open layouts, a modern clean aesthetic, and views of Bryant Park. The Loft Floors are ideal for executive summits, brand activations, breakout sessions, and intimate milestone events. Total Loft Floor event space: 20,574 square feet.

Eighth Floor — 5,147 square feet. Accommodates up to 100 guests. Features an open main event space with 7-foot 11-inch ceiling height, breakout rooms with ceiling heights up to 15 feet 7 inches, a lounge with 10-foot ceilings, and a pre-production stage area.

Ninth Floor — 5,151 square feet. Accommodates up to 100 guests. Features an open main event space with 9-foot 11-inch ceiling height, breakout rooms and lounge with ceiling heights up to 13 feet 1 inch, a warming kitchen, pantry, and pre-function space.

Tenth Floor — 4,061 square feet. Accommodates up to 165 guests. Features soaring 17-foot ceilings throughout the main event space, pre-function area, and bar area, with direct Bryant Park views. The 10th Floor is the largest and most distinctive of the Loft Floors.

Tenth Floor Mezzanine — 1,305 square feet. Accommodates 10 to 30 guests. Features three private VIP rooms with 8-foot ceiling heights. Available exclusively as an add-on to the 10th Floor rental. Ideal for VIP areas, executive breakouts, or private receptions within a larger event.

Eleventh Floor — 5,140 square feet. Accommodates 20 to 40 guests. Configured for meetings and conferences. Features four breakout rooms with ceiling heights of 9 feet 6 inches to 10 feet 1 inch, a conference room at 9 feet 6 inches, and an open area at 9 feet. Ideal for executive summits, board meetings, and intimate corporate gatherings.

Total Event Space

Combined rentable event space across all floors: 37,670 square feet. Mansion Floors subtotal: 17,096 square feet. Loft Floors subtotal: 20,574 square feet.

Packages and Inclusions

Every venue rental at GH on the Park includes the following: a diverse inventory of 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, and 60-inch round tables; high tops, bar stools, and bars; a large selection of cotton linens; select lounge furniture; event staff for coat check; security and event management.

Audio-visual (AV) equipment packages include staging platforms, podiums, 75-inch monitors, stage furniture, custom color-changing ceiling lights, wireless uplights, custom GOBOs, and a screen and projector available on the 2nd Floor only.

Beverage packages available include all-day non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and bubbly, premium open bar, elite open bar, and kosher options.

Services and Amenities

GH on the Park offers state-of-the-art audio-visual (AV) technology on every floor. The venue provides secure and reliable Wi-Fi and hardline custom internet packages. A team of in-house event professionals provides seamless execution from event conception to event completion. GH on the Park has a curated list of preferred vendors covering catering, audio-visual, lighting, branding, and floral needs.

Every event includes a 12-hour access window for load-in, the event, and load-out. Additional time can be arranged to accommodate more complex productions.

Accessibility

GH on the Park is committed to accessibility. The main entrance features a ramp and two sets of double doors for easy entry. All floors are accessible via elevator, with the exception of the Club Room on the Third Floor. Accessible restrooms are available on the 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, and 10th floors.

GH on the Park is accessible via the following subway lines and stations: 42nd Street–Bryant Park station serving the B, D, F, and M lines; Times Square–42nd Street station serving the N, Q, R, and W lines; Penn Station serving the A, C, and E lines; Grand Central Station serving the 4, 5, and 6 lines. Metered street parking is available starting at 6 PM. Several parking garages are located in the area. Valet options are available.
