Overview

GH on the Park features two distinct floor categories: the Mansion Floors on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, and the Loft Floors on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. All floors can be rented individually or combined to create a fully immersive, multi-level experience. The venue is ideal for corporate meetings, conferences, executive summits, product launches, brand activations, weddings, wedding receptions, social celebrations, holiday parties, milestone events, non-profit galas, and breakout sessions.

Mansion Floors

The Mansion Floors occupy the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the building. They feature historic architecture, ornate detailing, a grand staircase, and elegant event spaces. When combined, the three Mansion Floors accommodate up to 300 guests.

First Floor — The 1st Floor accommodates up to 140 guests and includes a library, lounge, reception area, and pre-function spaces. The Parlor is a semi-private space within the 1st Floor accommodating 75 to 100 guests, featuring lounge seating and a bar area, ideal for cocktail receptions and pre-event celebrations. The guest experience begins on the 1st Floor with branding moments and influencer opportunities throughout the library, lounge, and pre-function spaces.

Second Floor — The 2nd Floor accommodates up to 130 guests and features a grand ballroom, bar, kitchen, and pre-function space. A screen and projector are available exclusively on the 2nd Floor. The experience continues as guests ascend the grand staircase from the 1st Floor.

Third Floor — The 3rd Floor accommodates up to 130 guests and features a presentation room, club room, green room, and pre-function space. Ceiling heights on the 3rd Floor reach 11 feet 2 inches.

Loft Floors

The Loft Floors occupy the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of the building. They feature open layouts, a modern clean aesthetic, and views of Bryant Park. The Loft Floors are ideal for executive summits, brand activations, breakout sessions, and intimate milestone events.

Eighth Floor — The 8th Floor accommodates up to 100 guests and features an open main event space, breakout rooms, lounge, and pre-production stage area.

Ninth Floor — The 9th Floor accommodates up to 100 guests and features an open main event space, breakout rooms, warming kitchen, pantry, and pre-function space.

Tenth Floor — The 10th Floor accommodates up to 165 guests and is the largest of the Loft Floors, featuring an open layout with Bryant Park views, a staff area, and pantry.

Tenth Floor Mezzanine — The 10th Floor Mezzanine accommodates 10 to 30 guests and is available exclusively as an add-on to the 10th Floor rental. It features private VIP rooms and is ideal for VIP areas, breakout moments, or private receptions within a larger event.

Eleventh Floor — The 11th Floor accommodates 20 to 40 guests and is configured for meetings and conferences, featuring breakout rooms, a conference room, open area, and lounge.

Packages and Inclusions

Every venue rental at GH on the Park includes the following: a diverse inventory of 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, and 60-inch round tables; high tops, bar stools, and bars; a large selection of cotton linens; select lounge furniture; event staff for coat check; security and event management.

AV equipment packages include staging platforms, podiums, 75-inch monitors, stage furniture, custom color-changing ceiling lights, wireless uplights, custom GOBOs, and a screen and projector available on the 2nd Floor only.

Beverage packages available include all-day non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and bubbly, premium open bar, elite open bar, and kosher options.

Services and Amenities

GH on the Park offers state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting capabilities across all floors. The venue provides secure and reliable Wi-Fi and hardline custom internet packages. A team of in-house event professionals provides seamless execution from event conception to event completion.
